Our Staff

All of our staff has experience with children of all ages. We attend training sites year round that pertain to enriching the daycare/preschool experience. The staff is also certified in the newest methods of CPR and First Aid.

Don Reddick

I have been involved with children and parents since 1969 when I started teaching in the public school system. I taught until 2002 and then moved to the state of Virginia. After 2 years away from the Big Sky my wife (Lynda) and I moved back to Montana and bought the daycare-preschool in 2005. I feel I had enough experience to direct and own a daycare-preschool.

Jess Chandler

Hello, my name is Jessica Chandler. I am a wife and a mother of 3 wonder active boys! I have been in child care since 2001. I started at head start as a sub and then when into daycares as a primary caregiver. I have been with Happy Hands Happy Hearts since October of 2011 ~ Mrs. Jess

Brandon Chandler

Hi my name is Brandon Chandler. I am a husband and a father of 3. I am a primary here at Happy Hands Happy Hearts, and the MR. fix it guy! I have worked here and First Student (school bus driver) since 2011. ~ Mr. Brandon

Kayla Benzing

Being raised in a small town in Central Montana with 2 younger siblings and an older sister, my experience around children started young. When I was 12 years old, my big sister would drive me down the dirt road to the neighbors’ house so I could watch their 3 year old daughter. From there my babysitting offers grew! Once I had my own driver’s license, my willingness to spend my days with tiny humans was a hot commodity. By my senior year in high school, I was a full-time summer nanny for a family in Geraldine, Montana. After high school I moved to Bozeman to live with my older sister. I soon got into babysitting around this community as well. I worked a couple part-time jobs and babysat in spare time; until I found the job here at Happy Hands Happy Hearts. I will have been an employee here for 1 year in February 2016, and I couldn’t be happier.

Ashlii Arellano

I’ve been working in child care for a year now. I’m primarily an infant teacher but also work with children ages 2-12. I live in Bozeman, MT and I love my job at Happy Hands Happy Hearts.
